Terms of Service

By accessing or using Revive (“the Service”), operated by Quantum Branding LLC at keeprevenue.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Revive is an automated payment recovery platform that integrates with the Stripe API. The Service monitors for failed payment events, executes smart retry schedules, and sends recovery emails on your behalf to reduce involuntary churn.

By using Revive, you represent and warrant that:

• You have a valid, active Stripe account in good standing
• You have the authority to connect your Stripe account to third-party services
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Stripe's terms of service
• The information you provide to us is accurate and up to date

Revive offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Revive improves payment recovery rates through optimized retry schedules and customer communication. However, we do not guarantee any specific recovery rate or outcome. Payment recovery depends on many factors outside our control, including customer bank policies, card issuer behavior, and customer responsiveness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive and Quantum Branding LLC shall not be liable for:

• Failed payment recoveries or lost revenue resulting from Service use
• Changes to the Stripe API that affect Service functionality
• Customer disputes, chargebacks, or complaints arising from recovery emails
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of Revive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can disconnect your Stripe account and cancel your subscription from your dashboard.

Upon termination, we will immediately disconnect all Stripe webhooks and stop all retry attempts. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

The Revive name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Quantum Branding LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
