Revive is a product of Quantum Branding LLC, operated at keeprevenue.com. Revive provides automated payment recovery for businesses using Stripe.

When you connect your Stripe account and use Revive, we collect the following information:

• Stripe account ID — to identify your connected account
• Business name — for display and communication purposes
• Email address — for account login and notifications
• Invoice data — including amount, status, and customer email, used to process retries and send recovery emails
• Payment retry logs — timestamps and outcomes of each retry attempt

Revive never accesses, stores, or processes credit card numbers, bank account details, or any sensitive payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment processing directly. We only interact with webhook event metadata.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Monitor for failed payment events via Stripe webhooks
• Execute smart retry schedules on your behalf
• Send recovery emails to your customers
• Display recovery analytics in your dashboard
• Send you transactional notifications about your account

We use the following third-party services to operate Revive:

• Stripe — payment processing and account integration
• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Revive uses essential cookies only. These are required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Request a full export of your data
• Request deletion of all your data
• Know what data we hold about you
• Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your Stripe account
